Belle Vie Salon Studios – VIP Membership Terms & Conditions

1. Membership Overview
The Belle Vie VIP Membership (“Membership”) is an optional marketing service offered by Belle Vie Salon Studios (“Belle Vie,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) to assist our tenants (“Members,” “you,” or “your”) in obtaining new client leads. By enrolling, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Membership Benefits
30-Day Free Trial: New Members will receive a complimentary trial for the first thirty (30) days from the activation date.
Lead Generation: During and after the trial period, Belle Vie will provide marketing efforts to generate potential new client referrals (“VIP Leads”) to your salon suite.
Post-Trial Offer: At the end of the trial, Members may purchase 10 VIP Leads for $99. Additional lead packages may be offered at Belle Vie’s discretion.
3. Membership Eligibility
You must be an active tenant in good standing at a Belle Vie Salon Studios location.
You must hold all necessary professional licenses and insurance required to legally provide your services.
4. Lead Definition & Delivery
A “Lead” is defined as the contact information of an individual who has expressed interest in booking services with you.
Leads will be delivered via email or other agreed-upon communication channels.
Belle Vie does not guarantee that every lead will convert into a paying client.
5. Fees & Payments
The 30-Day Free Trial requires no payment.
After the trial, Membership continues only upon your purchase of a lead package (e.g., 10 VIP Leads for $99).
All payments are non-refundable once the lead package is delivered.
6. Member Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for contacting and following up with leads provided.
You agree to provide professional, courteous service to all leads referred by Belle Vie.
You may not share, sell, or transfer leads to any third party without Belle Vie’s written consent.
7. Limitations & Disclaimers
Belle Vie is not responsible for the outcome of leads, including no-shows, cancellations, or failure to convert.
Leads are exclusive to you at the time of delivery but may be re-assigned if you fail to follow up within 7 days.
Belle Vie makes no guarantees on the number of leads beyond the package purchased.
8. Termination of Membership
You may cancel your Membership at any time by providing written notice to Belle Vie.
Belle Vie reserves the right to terminate your Membership for violation of these Terms or for conduct deemed damaging to our brand or other tenants.
9. Changes to Terms
Belle Vie reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be communicated via email or posted on our website.
